  • Power Construction’s Luxury Residence Group leased an office space at the Merchandise Mart previously occupied by a furniture dealer. Ted Moudis Associates designed the space utilizing existing conditions where possible and partnered with manufacturers and suppliers based on Power’s industry relationships.

The workplace supports a variety of work styles and collaboration types. The wood flooring was maintained and new area rugs, casual furniture, and lighting were added for creative interest in collaboration zones.

COLLABORATION

A new centralized open café utilized product from a cabinetmaker Power partners for some of their residential projects.  Ted Moudis Associates selected materials and textures for a blend of light neutrals and black accents.  Other furnishing blended fresh ideas with a technology rich workplace.
