Director of Administration

As Director of Administration, Pat oversees Ted Moudis Associates’ office systems and supervises the day-to-day administrative aspects of the firm’s organization, including the preparation, communication, and coordination of information to support the firm’s operations. Additionally, she is responsible for assisting in various business functions that are being performed by other employees of the company. She performs a wide range of tasks including but not limited to human resources, payroll, inventory, and facilities. Her experience in Operations Management and Executive Assistance has contributed to her ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining a positive work climate. Pat is a highly effective communicator and problem solver, making her a highly respected member of the Ted Moudis Associates team.
