Neil Pappone offers over 25 years of experience during which time he has managed a wide selection of projects. They range from corporate interiors to technical facilities and global program management in major cities throughout the United States and internationally. These projects have included work for corporate campus headquarters, financial institutions, creative media, product branding, technology companies, asset management, retail, and professional services firms, among others. As Studio Principal, Neil manages and directs his project teams of project directors, project managers, project architects, and production support staff including consultants and teaming partners. Neil’s responsibilities encompass complete guidance of an assignment from inception to completion. His primary focus is the development and implementation of project strategies in support of a client’s overall vision and goals. This includes lease work letter and due diligence review, management of design and technical teams, coordination with consultants and vendors, and strict compliance to the client’s budget and schedule. It is his unparalleled communication skills and attention to detail that allows Neil to provide clients with exceptional design services.
