DeAnne Thomas
Team Leader

Team Leader DeAnne Thomas works with the Studio Principal and helps develop and oversee the design and construction processes while managing the architectural team. DeAnne serves as the day-to-day client contact and collaborates with outside multi-disciplinary consultants to create a complete and comprehensive set of contract documents. She also reviews all contract documents for quality control and code compliance, processes shop drawings, responds to RFI’s, and conducts regular site visits during construction administration. During these site visits, DeAnne documents the progress of the project in the weekly field report and works closely with the contractors to ensure that each stage of construction complies with contract documents and specifications.

With over 20 years of experience in commercial design and related experience, DeAnne is highly knowledgeable in design and building technology. Her participation throughout the design phase of the project, organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to troubleshoot obstacles all keep the project on track and ensure that the project is delivered successfully.
