Studio Principal Andrés Navia is a proactive and hands-on leader who is deeply involved in every phase of our projects. His commitment to excellence is evident in his meticulous attention to detail, diligent oversight of the project's budget, schedule, and deliverables, and unwavering dedication from project initiation to completion. 

Andrés expertly manages a diverse team comprising project directors, managers, and architects proficient in AutoCAD and Revit. From the project's inception, he collaborates closely with our design team and consultants to align the project with established timelines and cost expectations.

With over two decades of experience spanning corporate, retail, and corporate interiors, as well as core and shell architecture, including a remarkable ten-year tenure at TMA, Andrés is uniquely equipped to provide comprehensive guidance to his team members. He excels at clearly articulating objectives and methodologies to ensure that the team knows precisely what is expected and how to achieve it. His ability to juggle multiple project components simultaneously allows him to promptly address unforeseen challenges, ensuring that project deadlines are met.

Furthermore, Andrés maintains a robust rapport with clients, fostering open lines of communication and trust throughout the project's lifecycle. He adeptly coordinates with consultants and other essential stakeholders, guaranteeing a harmonious and efficient project delivery process. Additionally, Andrés is NCARB Certified and holds architectural licenses in both New York and New Jersey.
