Team Leader / Project Director

Job Description

  • Managing all phases of corporate interiors projects from conception through construction.

  • ​Manage a team consisting of Project Manager, Project Architect, Job Captain and CADD support.

  • ​Review of shop drawings and specifications during project construction administration phase

  • Involvement in project team staffing and scheduling as well as plan review for quality control and code compliance.

  • ​Day-to-day client contact.


Desired Skills & Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years experience, proven record of accomplishments in successfully overseeing and directing architecture/interiors projects of varying sizes and complexities is essential.

  • ​Exceptional team-building, detail orientation, problem-solving, follow-through and organization skills are key to this position.

  • ​Strong communication and presentation abilities.

  • ​Educational credentials in architecture or interior design.
