Ted Moudis Associates Announces Promotions

(New York, NY, January 29, 2014) – Ted Moudis Associates (TMA) has announced the promotions of four key staff members from Team Leaders to Team Principals. Ted Moudis, AIA, the firm’s founder and Senior Principal, made the announcement from their headquarters in New York City.

 

Michael Fahy, AIA, NCARB – Michael has 30 years of diverse experience including legal, financial, corporate interior, headquarters relocation, and data center projects. As Team Principal, Michael manages and directs his project teams of Project Directors, Project Managers, Project Architects, and CAD support staff and facilitates project coordination with the design team. He is the primary client contact and attends project meetings and conferences, serving as a liaison between the client and the project team. Michael’s role also includes project scope and fee development as well as budget monitoring. He assures adherence to the project schedule, which in turn, ensures a cost-effective and timely completion for each project. Michael’s considerable real estate experience allows him to analyze potential properties and consult on lease and workletter issues.

 

Perry Luongo – Perry has managed a wide selection of projects during his career of over 25 years.  He has worked on corporate interior projects for pharmaceutical, financial, media, and professional services firms. As Team Principal, Perry manages and directs his project teams of Project Directors, Project Managers, Project Architects, and CAD support staff and facilitates project coordination with the design team. He is well versed in reviewing lease agreements and supporting clients on their real estate search efforts in the initial stages of a project. Through his management of the project team, Perry guides meetings, schedules, and budgets. He also oversees the coordination of internal design and technical efforts and develops an understanding of each client so as to help his team provide the perfect design.  

 

Cesar Robles – Cesar Robles has over 16 years of experience in corporate interiors as well as educational institutions and high-end residential and retail projects. His architectural expertise includes Project Development, Coordination of Budgeting and Scheduling, Construction Documentation Coordination, Construction Project Administration, and overall tracking and project delivery. He also provides account relations services for the firm. As Team Principal, Cesar manages and directs his project teams of Project Directors, Project Managers, Project Architects, and CAD support staff and coordinates with consultants and teaming partners. He serves as the primary client contact, attending project meetings and acting as the conduit between the client and the design team. For each project, he looks for every opportunity to leverage and streamline appropriate resources and expertise to find solutions to new challenges. 

 

Mitchell Ross, LEED AP – As Team Principal, Mitchell Ross puts his more than 25 years of experience to work for our clients and their projects. With a diverse background that includes interior architecture, master planning, and the design and production of furniture and industrial products, Mitchell is uniquely qualified to guide clients, staff, consultants, and vendors through the design process from conceptualization through final completion. In turn, at all times during the life of a project, Mitchell is fully aware of the client's objectives and goals, and helps to achieve them both on an organizational and project level. With responsibilities spanning the entire gamut of services from programming through project administration, Mitchell works to create a collaborative environment on each project.
