Senior Workplace Specialist

Primary Responsibility:


  • Advanced knowledge of all interior design phases of projects of varying sizes and complexities from conception through construction, Initial programming through construction to final move in

  • Advanced conceptual design skills to assist in responding to the needs of our clients and ultimately provide exciting and empowering challenges to our integrated design teams

  • Provide design leadership with the project team, including the ability to direct and evaluate design options based on client-driven criteria

  • Complete data collection to support alternative spatial solutions, customize and administer end-user surveys, plan and conduct end-user observation, prepare benchmarking and other necessary research analysis and develop communication plans to support successful transition into new workplace settings

  • Partner with the design team in the creation of progressive and appropriate planning solutions as required

  • Complete understanding and knowledge of trends and practices

  • Awareness of technology and its impact on mobility in the workplace

  • Change Management awareness and experience



  • Possess outstanding analytical, communication and interpersonal skills and be an enthusiastic team player

  • AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, Word, InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop experience are essential

  • Knowledge of sustainable design strategies

  • Excellent verbal, written and graphic communication skills

  • Excellent presentation skills and the ability to handle multiple projects

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
