Crissy Hathaway has over 15 years of experience in sales, marketing, and strategic and corporate communications. As Director of Business Development, Crissy is an integral part of the business development team and works closely with the Principals of the firm to build strong client relations, as well as enhance business strategies within the Architectural and Interior Design community. Crissy is always aware of the latest workplace trends and strategic planning opportunities to advance the company and track its potential future clients.
Being involved with the strategic development, new workplace initiatives, and client base expansion, Crissy understands the importance of building enduring and positive relationships with all clientele. Esteemed for her dedication to developing new business fortuities and managing client relationships, Crissy upholds Ted Moudis Associates’ longstanding commitment to loyalty and client service excellence. She manages and acquires new prospective projects to provide efficiency, quality, and sustainability in all of their interior development solutions.
Crissy’s professional history includes a diverse and varied combination of experience. Prior to working at TMA, she worked with the Muscular Dystrophy Association, the NBA’s Seattle SuperSonics, and the WNBA’s Seattle Storm. Now at TMA, she uses practiced skills in the management of event committees, event planning, marketed events, close clientele relationships, and the formation and finding of new professional relationships and opportunities.
