With nearly 10 years of experience in change management, learning and development, project management, and workplace consulting, Cristina is committed to developing customized strategies to equip clients to realize their business outcomes.

With experience ranging from small operations to global organizations and with the unique understanding of having been both the client and the service provider of a global project, she has the ability to integrate her experience to engage with all levels of stakeholders. Recognizing that people are at the core of business change and productivity, she works with clients to develop solutions for their needs and takes them on the journey to a managed business transition. With a background in education and psychology, one of Cristina's most valuable skills is her ability to relate to clients and build trust and relationships. This ability has enabled her to have a deeper understanding of how and why her stakeholders learn and respond, allowing her to customize the way she engages to maximize their full potential.
