Ted Moudis Associates recently relocated to our premises at 79 Madison Avenue, creating a dynamic and open space that increases productivity and collaboration. Split over two floors totaling 32,000sqft, the space comprises of a main reception area, multiple internal and client presentation rooms, administrative offices, open studio layout for the architectural and design departments, materials library, production facilities and café area. The premise for the design concept was to convey a “Progressive Office”, this meant examining our culture and processes and embracing those principles into the new office space through the design. A neutral architectural palette of whites and warm grays was chosen for the open office area. This forms a stark backdrop for the dramatic use of rosewood, primarily used at the interconnecting stair, itself a minimal glass, steel and stone structure. Soft blues and tones of ochre are introduced in fabric wrapped panels and painted accent walls.
