Ted Moudis Associates provided full coordination with the design architect to implement the design concept into contract documents for over 100 stores nationwide. Ted Moudis Associates took the schematic sketch to design development and working drawings simultaneously in order to meet the fast track schedule for each location. Working drawings were completed within 1 weeks allowing for 4-6 weeks for construction. Working with one of the two construction managers contracted by Speedo, Ted Moudis Associates also provided construction administration.
