In designing Societe Generale s 15,000 square foot derivatives trading facility in Greenwich, CT, TMA carried the nautical views within to bring a sense of space and calm to an efficient and highly energized business environment. For Societe Generale s NYC headquarters, located in 1221 Avenus of the Americas, TMA executed an expansion and restack encompassing 570,000 square feet over 10 floors. In addition to the internal restack, 625 traders from various locations were consolidated into this facility.
