When a contiguous floor became available in their current location, Satelite Asset Management brought in Ted Moudis Associates to create a design that would unite the new floor above with their existing space, previously designed by TMA. Using strong, traditional finishes with a modern twist, TMA conveyed the founders respected history in the financial sector as well as the excitement created by this new venture. A stainless steel stair creates an elegant passageway between the two floors and the use of complimentary carpet patterns provides a refined approach to way-finding. By combining bold design elements, such as the backlit onyx wall in the lobby, interesting textures and neutral colors, TMA created a space that reflects Satelite Asset Managements bold venture into the financial marketplace.
