Best Known for their traditional office furnishings, Paoli wanted to update their image through the redesign of their showroom. They presented this challenge to Ted Moudis Associates who created a bold innovative design that showcased Paoli s sleek contemporary furnishings as well as their more well known traditional offerings. A palette of metal and glass was used throughout the space to create an industrial feel. To define and soften display areas, planes of blue glass rise out of the floor and are offset by columns wrapped in watery blue iridescent mosaic tile. Wood design elements were deliberately avoided so as not to compete with the presentation of casegoods and were limited to only one wall. The finished showroom presents a forward thinking open environment where Paoli presents their complete line of furnishings.
