TMA was retained by a subsidiary of Deutsche Bank to relocate their office in Jersey City, NJ. The program consisted of 125,000 square feet of combined use space including a call center, a 25,000 square foot data center, trading room, and a command station. Using glass fronts at the private offices, indirect lighting and a palette of neutral tones, TMA designed an efficient facility perfectly suitable for the operations of this leading discount brokerage firm.
