ING’s New York Headquarters already occupied 3 floors at 230 Park Avenue. Master planning and restacking the facility were the primary goals when TMA was designing the space and created an opportunity to design a more open environment while still maintaining ING’s existing design standards. High-end, traditional cherry veneer millwork detailing is maintained throughout the space, while up to date technology is incorporated to create state of the art conferencing and trading facilities. The overall project comprises of the main reception area, a visitor’s office, small conference room, pantry and a 40 person fully equipped divisible conference room are all part of this build out.
