Forced to relocate their headquarters after the events of 9/11, ICAP, a leading inter-broker of U.S. Treasury notes, called upon Ted Moudis Associates to design their 120,000 square foot space. The broad scope of this incredibly fast-paced project called for the creation of a new corporate images as well as for complete interior architectural services. Using neutral tones to offset the deep hues of the millwork and compliment the clean lines of the furnishings, TMA created an environment that paid tribute to the strength of the firm. From the tailored timeless design of the reception area to the progressive forward thinking approach and to the design of the 575-position trading area - TMA produced a space that depicts the vitality and resiliency of ICAP.
