Upon relocating to a full 15,000 square foot floor, Avista Capital Partners retained TMA to develop a new brand to fit their new locale. All design aspects convey a modern influence while maintaining an elegant and subdued atmosphere as desired. The Lobby and Elevator Area feature precisely detailed textured paint, as well as deliberately utilized stone, wood and glass in order to evoke a sense of serenity. The Boardroom and Conference Rooms are located near the Reception Area for easy accessibility, followed by several support spaces grouped together along an internal service corridor. Further inside the office, extensive clear glass office fronts allow light to dance off of the open workstations. Large Private Offices line the perimeter of the overall space, featuring generous room for seating and meeting areas within each one. While adhering to the aesthetic and evocative desires of Avista Capital Partners, TMA was able to create a powerful statement for their new home while maintaining a design that generates a constant flow of communication and energy.
