We currently have an opportunity for an experienced (10+ years) business development professional
in our Chicago Office.
Director of Marketing - Business Development
General Responsibility:
This individual will work closely with top firm management and the NYC Marketing Department to formulate and execute multiple business development initiatives.
Specific responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Generate new business opportunities through extensive networking within the Chicago corporate & retail real estate markets.
- Maintain lead generating & tracking system for all business contacts.
- Work closely with NYC Marketing department coordinating all marketing material, Public Relations & Event Planning for Chicago.
Requirements:
- Established relationships within the Chicago corporate and retail real estate market is a MUST.
- A record of success in developing and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong networking & communication skills mandatory.
- Must have flexible schedule for attending corporate events as needed.
- Background in architecture/interior design essential.
- Ability to recognize industry trends that lead to new business opportunities.
- Highly developed organizational skills.
- Requires occasional travel to New York.
